Mr. Van Duc provided exceptional service and truly enhanced our stay. He was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging transport to our next city, recommending a great restaurant, and even storing our bags during the day. The hotel's decor is clean, modern, and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Our room on the 16th floor offered a breathtaking view of the Perfume River, which was an unforgettable highlight. The staff consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs, with Mr. Van Duc checking in to ensure we had the best experience possible. This property is not only economical but also a testament to professionalism and care. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff were so helpful especially Van Luc. The breakfast was amazing and the views over the perfume river were awesome. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again if I was in Hue.

Amazing room with a great view to the river. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated. The bathroom felt lavish including a bathtub. The hotel staff were extreme;y courteous and helpful. Even helped us with airport transfers. Breakfast was huge and good.

breakfast was good but after fourteen days it was becoming the same old thing. Egg station was good. Food and beer away from the hotel was good and cheap
