We loved how unique the property was. You are staying in an actual mansion. We got there a little late and despite that we were warmed by the whole family and served lovely iced tea and fruit. The accomodating features continued there on with our super cool room. For check out too, they helped immensely with getting a bus booked. The process was so swift!

The hospitality of the owners is unmatched. They allowed me to arrive before check-in time, they were friendly the whole time and they help me for whatever I need. In addition, the facilities are beautiful, with an old but extremely quiet atmosphere. I recommend it 100%.

Such a beautiful home with the most beautiful hosts. Timothy Homestay was the highlight of our entire trip. Comfortable bed in a private room with an ensuite and cold A/C. We can’t wait to return on our next trip.

Had a great stay at this homestay. We were perfectly welcomed with some fruit, food, and a drink. The host was very friendly and provided us with helpful information about the area, making us a bit wiser. The room was perfect, and everything met our expectations.

From the second my girlfriend and I walked through the door we immediately felt welcome. We arrived earlier than the check-in time due to our bus arriving early in the morning but despite this, we were offered a lovely breakfast, tea and coffee whilst we waited. The couple who own the property are wonderful and really make you feel at home, the property itself is beautifully furnished and full of character and makes for some great photo opportunities. They also have a coffee shop whereby you can purchase an array of freshly made refreshing iced or hot coffees which were a delight after a long, hot day! As for the room, it has everything you could need air conditioning, refrigerator, comfortable mattress and pillows as well as a simple but functional shower room and toilet which is all furnished in keeping with the house's decor. They aided us with local tours, two of which we opted for were thoroughly enjoyed. We simply informed them of which tour we wanted to do and all the logistics were done for us we didn't need to worry about anything. If you're looking at this property, just do yourself a favour and book it because you won't regret it. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had in any hotel or homestay in Vietnam and one we will not forget.
