Located less than a kilometer from the main walking street, the the road has everything you need, restaurants, laundry service, motorbike rental, mini market. The room had a big window, very clean, and comfortable. No lift, no fridge no kettle. Stayed 3 nights, had breakfast 2 times, for my taste very well and plenty. The owner a very kind and nice lady, gave us a welcoming coffee. The citadel is near, I went on foot there, the city is clean and very classy. The food is amazing and tasty, variety of dishes, seafood, pork, chicken, beef. Very affordable too!

Extremely helpful and incredibly friendly staff! One staff member in particular provided excellent tips, assisted with booking tours, and gave fantastic restaurant recommendations. She was always kind and helpful with any additional questions we had. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Truly a fantastic stay – highly recommended!

* welcomed with a big smile * very helpful chambermaid * chats with most likeable receptionist * you are not pushed to buy tours, but if you wish to, the receptionist will arrange things for you perfectly * you are carefully looked after, in a likeable way * location close to the town centre (pedestrian zone and very lively then) * very easy scooter rental * comfortable shower which does not inundated the bathroom floor * everything in working condition * location in a narrow side street, thus not much traffic there and shielded from the noise of the bars/restaurants * tea and coffee are on offer any time

Good location and Hieu was great with communications, recommendations and helping our trip be very enjoyable. Accommodation was clean, a good strong hot shower, beds comfortable and rooms spacious. We was only here for two nights as backpacking.

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Times. It felt like home. Hieu was always available to help me with any requests and provided great information about Hue. The room was serviced daily and was always spotlessly clean. The location is perfect to experience Hue. Easy walking distance to great food options and Hue's weekend walking street. Location, cleanliness, hospitality and price point, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hieu was very welcoming and helpful by providing us with a map and suggesting possible activities and sights to see during our stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped for the price range and the breakfast was also very good. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

For the price this is a very comfortable hotel, location is convenient and the room was clean. The best of this place is the manager, who is always ready to advise in the best possible way. She helped us book bus tickets to Hoi An at a very good price.
