Very central hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Ruby at the reception and Huy the driver who took us to Hoi An and showed us many interesting sites en route. The porter (I don't remember his name) was also very helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again

Great location and really nice boutique hotel with clean rooms. Rosie and Linda were fantastic and made a special effort to get out rooms ready earlier than check in time. They were very helpful with sharing information and making arrangements. Lovely buffet Highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone coming to Hue. Citadel and Ming Mang tomb were very nice, taxi required to lived around.

Great staff at this cute hotel. Very clean. Wonderful bed. Fresh fruit plate and little touches made the stay even more pleasant. Staff are very very helpful. Breakfast was very good - lots of selection with the buffet and made to order hot dishes. Would totally stay here again.

The hotel was very well located, within walking distance to the citadel, near restaurants and just off the shops and the Mart. Linda and Ryan as well as the other staff were very courteous and helpful and made our stay very comfortable . The breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay in Vietnam.

The hotel itself is very nice but what makes it exceptional is its staff. Ruby, Rosie and Rian (probably names to make it easier for us to remember them) called us by our names from the first minute. They never missed an oportunity to ask if we are OK and need anything. They were the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. The room wasn't big but comfortable, breakfast was simple but good, the location central. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a no nonsence middle range hotel.
