Room was big, clean and nicely decorated. So was the whole house. The family running it was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great! (You can choose what you want and the time you want).

We stayed at Tam Homestay for 2 nights and wished it could have been longer. We had an incredible stay. The family were some of the most friendly and generous people I have ever met. Despite the language barrier we had great interactions. When we were leaving to Hoi An he brought us snacks and water for the ride. Rooms were very clean with lovely architecture and hot showers.

Great location, amazing staff and excellent value for money. The room was cosy and clean, the breakfast was tasty and we felt part of the home. Can’t recommend more highly!

Great location and fairly quiet given the hotel’s proximity to the entertainment and dining zone. The room was spacious with plenty of storage options and power points, and included all that we needed. Also had a pleasant balcony. A simple cooked breakfast was provided and the owner Mr Chun (??) was most attentive, giving good recommendations and arranging our onward travel to Hoi An. He also welcomed us with tea and snacks every time we returned to the homestay. We recommend Tam Homestay without hesitation.
