The staff was the best I've ever encountered. We were sorry to leave. The villa itself is gorgeous as is the patio, with its pond and its frogs. But again, the best was the staff, and we sincerely thank Anna and the other girls for the friendliness, helpfulness and outright humanness.

It's a beautiful and spacious property and the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make your visit more comfortable. They helped us with our transport in and out of Hue, with quick meals when we were running late and even helped us with impromptu money exchange.

The staff are amazing-they took care of me with hot tea etc. when I was sick and the place is lovely set in a lovely garden away from hustle and bustle. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.

I had a very pleasant stay, and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The staff here were very nice, the manager upgraded my room after the first day which was so much appreciated. My original room was like a converted attic space with a little kitchenette, and the windows were so high that you can only see the sky. Especially considering I had a lot of work to do on my laptop and was so hot outside. They moved me to a spacious room one floor down, which was so much more comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and functional, including aircon all working well. It's a quiet area except for one dog that does one bark all through the night. I'm convinced someone was playing a recording on repeat. The occasional large truck driving by the main road but otherwise a very peaceful place. There's no restaurant, and they bring breakfast in. Grab food is easily accessible and there's shops around if you go for a walk. Or grab to a restaurant. It's pretty easy to sort out. Oh, there is no lift and only one tiny lady on night duty. So if you arrive late and have heavy bags, be prepared to haul them up if you're not on the ground floor. Fortunately, there are only 2 upper floors, so it's not that bad.

Upgraded our room for no charge. Breakfast was delicious and served when we requested. Evening receptionist offered ideas for local Hue foods that we might try. East moped rental. We ended up sleeping in the largest room I've ever slept in, with a private balcony overlooking the entrance to the Villa. The bed was the most comfortable I've had yet in 15 days in Vietnam.
