Great location next door to Imperial Palace on quieter side of the river. Attentive staff, free bikes to hire, beautiful big clean pool and lush gardens. Food terrific at restaurant- be sure to ask for the Vietnamese menu for best value local food. Breakfast excellent!!! Vietnamese and European breakfast!

Location was excellent, next to Walls of Imperial City. The room was large, the swimming pool was great and the bar and restaurant were both very good. The rooms could do with both comfortabe chairs and more outside space. Small points, but both would make a big difference.

Very nice and clean property throughout. Really friendly and helpful staff. Central location in the old citadel. Quiet at night which is perfect after a long day exploring. Didn’t use the pool as it was raining but looks nice.

Excellent location within the citadel area so relatively quiet and beautiful surroundings, walking distance to the imperial palace Hotel itself is beautiful building with gardens and pool Excellent breakfast choice and very helpful staff

A quaint hotel with tons of character and local charm set in the local dark wood. Our room (quiet) and bathroom (lots of hot water) had a luxurious feel with a baloney overlooking the garden and pool. The restaurant on site was picturesque and traditional, overlooking small gardens. The food and service were also excellent. The breakfast was the usual fare for tourists but plentiful. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and they always had a greeting and smile, especially the room ladies. The location was within minutes to the citadel, and the free bikes (decent bikes) were a bonus for exploring. Overall, l would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

We had two connecting rooms which added to our sense of family. Restaurant, and bar facilities were beautiful, food was good and the staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming.

A lovely quiet hotel in a great location. Just 10 minutes walk to the Imperial City and the dragon boats on the Perfume River. The staff were delightful and very helpful.

Great location by the Palace. Historic hotel as it used to be the hospital for the Royal family. They've restored the buildings very sympathetically. The restaurant was very good. We had a very nice dinner and ambience was pleasant. We had a couple of Spa treatments which were very nice too. Breakfast was simple but not too extensive. But they kindly made up a breakfast box for us as we were leaving very early the next morning.
