The room is as shown in the picture. The shelves and cabinets are very conveniently designed. You can borrow bowls and chopsticks when ordering food outside. You can also borrow a motobike on site. Some small notes: motobike rental price is 150k/24h; curfew is 23:00 so you will not be allowed to go out late at night; no free water and 10k/300ml bottle.

This property exceeded our expectations. It’s in an ideal location only a short walk away from the imperial city and surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were the comfiest beds we’ve stayed in, in Vietnam! Such great value for money and would recommend staying here

What a great stay! The rooms are very clean (even the bathroom), spacious, with a comfortable bed and quiet! The owner is friendly and accommodating. Free drinking water available to refill at any time. This is definitely great value for money!

Excellent rooms. The building needs a bit of care but the rooms were spotless and spacious. The host gave me a plate and knife to cut fruit. For a small fee he fixed a rip in my trousers.

The room is fantastic, clean, spacious and beds aren't as hard as beds can be in Vietnam. We loved the free filtered water option great touch. We arrived late due the bus being greatly delayed the family waited for us. It's old town so Vietnamese food easy but touristy and Western foods across the Perfume River. We loved the Old school vibe.

It’s quiet, clean, the owner is super nice, we rented a scooter for 150k/day, that was super helpful to see all the sites. They changed the towels everyday which is good because of the season the room is very humid.

Excellent value for money. Very clean, quiet and spacious room. Nothing fancy but the necessary basics for a short stay. We also did laundry there which was great and fairly priced. Shower pressure was very good. Great location near the imperial city.
