A fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Facilities were great although I didn't have time to try the pool. Location is perfect although as it is central it can be a bit noisy at night. The hotel do make this clear and provided earplugs.

Breakfast, very good for the price, Room, plenty of room clean and tidy bed was comfortable and clean, the toilet had a leak but it was fixed very quickly, Location, very good with couple of nice restaurants, Staff , I can't fault them, very smart, Helpful and VERY polite.,

Efficeint check in, decent swimming pool, good breakfast. Bike hire a massive bonus as the citadel is quite a walk.
