The staff was very friendly and the spa was also very relaxing. You get a free 30 min massage fot every night that you are staying. Also, the breakfast offers plenty of vegetarian options.

A fantastic place to stay. And everyone is so friendly. We were ill when we arrived and they made sure we could immediately go to our bungalow already at 10.30 AM and gave us an upgrade. The surroundings and Spa are beautiful.

We are travelling around Asia and staying at numerous hotels and resorts. This has been easily the finest of all those we have experienced so far. The support from the team was simply first class right from arriving. All the staff were friendly and showed a genuine interest in us as people, (not just as customers). The facilities, (pools, spa, gym, restaurants) are lovely. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary. Special thanks to our Nguyen Thanh (our guest relations manager) who worked tirelessly to ensure our experience was special. The resort is one of the best we’ve been to in our travels over more than 30 countries and we will definitely return. ❤️

Delightful staff working in a wonderful authentic Asian environment. The upgraded room was a treat and provided enough space for an entire extended family! The hotel landscaping is beautifully laid out and manicured. Breakfast was served on a lovely terrace overlooking a very inviting pool which provided a cooling dip in this luscious environment. Thank you everyone for your kindness and helpful advice.
