When there was a problem with my room, the staff were reactive and helped me move to another room quickly. Front door staff helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Good location and tasty breakfast. Big rooms with super comfortable bed. We loved the flower arrangement for our honeymoon.

Breakfast menu is OK, room with Huong river view is nice, location is very convenience to access to Citadel or pubs & bars by walk. The hotel has small swimming pool which your kids can also enjoy.

Good hotel. Room nice, we had one with a balcony and view of the river and mountains. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection amazing, especially if you want to eat lots of variety. We had spa treatment which were very good.

Good location and clean rooms, security team were great and looked after our motorbike well. Nice little pool and handy cafe next to reception.
