Buffet breakfast was great, plenty of choice . location of hotel was really good, walking distance to the lost city. All staff very friendly and helpful.

For the Price you can’t complain, room was comfortable, breakfast was ok, hotel looks more suited to large travel groups - which we did see - especially at breakfast - staff were great, but I have found staff great across Vietnam

It’s ok, good location but no facilities even though advertised them so a bit of a waste of time staying there as that was what we were looking forward to Spa treatments etc. nice staff though.

Location was great. We arrived by Train from Hanoi and were able to walk from the station. Breakfast was good with plenty of options in buffet layout plus chef to cook eggs or special items. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English.

Great hotel with large rooms and extremely friendly & helpful staff (who spoke very good English). The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices and was very good. Wifi is strong and consistent. The pool looks good (unfortunately I haven't used it yet). Very easy to get Grab taxi and food delivery to this location. The neighbourhood has a V Mart only 5 mins walk away and many coffee shops and some restaurants.
