Location, a couple of km’s out of the city but easy to use Grab to get around. Right by the river, beautiful setting and amazing sunset! Owner really friendly and helpful and I loved the dog and the geese.

Everything looked very pretty, well maintained and clean. Also great to have a nice pool with a beautiful view. Also the hotel manager was great, taking care of us from start to finish. He Even made sure there was a breakfast made for us on the day we had to leave at 5.45. Thanks a lot!!

The hotel in itself is nice, outside of the noise of the city with a view on the river and the breakfast was good.

Unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect, from the members of the staff to the surrounding area and the facilities of the hotel. My friend Phuong , the hotel manager, always available to help us and resolve any issues. One rainy night I wanted to go downtown, I asked a member of the staff to call a taxi but he was offered to go by himself with his motorbike and buy the items I needed. An attitude that really impressed me. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Hue, just on the banks of river Perfume, immersed in green but only 3 kilometres from the city centre, only 2 Euros by taxi. Next time in Hue I will be staying there again.

Both the staff and the villa are exceptionally good. We stayed for 2 nights and we needed to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later, but they were very accommodating. The manager helped us to book day tour during our time there, and also made suitable suggestions about where to eat, etc. It is a very lovely and cozy establishment, I will especially miss the gooses, the dog and the beautiful river view.

This is a very peaceful and private place. And it is so beautiful with the river and the sunset. If you with your family or a couple stay few days here to find quality time to think, that is wonderful. I and my family stay here 3 days and we spent quality time together. For those who find a fancy or modern place, it would not fit your needs. And because the price is so reasonable. We 3 adults and 1 7-year old kid only cost nearly $100 for 2 nights.

Clean and well-maintained place with a peaceful and quiet location. The room was comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful. The relative seclusion is easy to overcome with a motorbike you can rent on-site (150k VND). There was no hot shower, but I can't rule out the possibility that I just didn’t figure out how to turn the heater on 😅. In any case, hot water wasn't needed during the hotter part of the year.

Written by my 8 year old daughter: Every day staff came into our room to clean it and my brother put his book on the bed and they put it in the same spot it was in. The family room had a loft and me and my brother slept on it. The pool was very nice and it had a shallow part as well as deep. At night there were lovely lights that changed colour. It was right next to the water and they showed us there fishing net which was very big, bigger than you would expect. I loved the fruit salad. It included dragon fruit, watermelon and mango The first time we didn’t get mango but that didn’t bother us.

This place is a real gem. A swimming pool overviewing the parfum river, a nice big garden to relax from a busy day, nice big rooms with lots of detail and al that is just a short grab drive away from the ancient town of Hue. The people who work there go above and beyond to help you with everything you need. A lot of excursions are possible and also bike rental is arranged easily. We stopped there for just one night but we were sad to leave.
