It was a little difficult to find but the location is great! The hotel is at a walking distance of the main attractions. The personnel were extremely helpful!

Super helpful and polite staff. They have kind of “Wikipedia info page” with a lot of useful information about Hue and onward travel. Organizing the onward travel to Laos was really well managed. Breakfast was a nice bonus with flexible 7-10 am schedule.

Staff was friendly, I had just arrived to hue on a sleep bus and walked to the hotel, they offered me if I wanted to take a shower and let my luggage there until it was time to check in. They also gave me tips to what I could do, visit and where to eat! It’s a centrical place, close to the many restaurants and other points of interest.

The staff at Kha were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They really made every aspect of our stay an absolute delight. They were very helpful with regard to sharing local knowledge, and the motorbike rental (from Kha) we used was well-priced. The breakfasts we enjoyed were tasty and filling, the coffee was excellent. Some simple snacks and drinks were available for purchase in the room and downstairs. We were supplied with complimentary bottled water each day. We enjoyed having a kettle for use- it would have been nice to have some tea or coffee supplied in the room. That was not a major issue, we bought what we needed at the local market. Overall the building is showing its age, much like me. Regardless, the staff made every effort to ensure that the rooms, hallways and other common areas were kept clean. The room was a little small, but the bed was big and very comfortable. I slept well. It had quiet, effective airconditioning. We were also able to open an internal window into a light-well, with plants to get air circulation. The toiletries were nice. Kha is well- located, with many attractions in the city, easily walkable. In the surrounding area there were many, excellent eateries and coffee-shops. Despite the streets being very busy and noisy in the evenings, Kha's location down the alley ensured that the noise was not at all disruptive from within the hostel.
