The staff were the most helpful and kindest people ever. Their Hospitality and customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Perfect English and also amazing French speaking staff. I recommend 100% !

The location is excellent and the staff is extremely lovey and helpful. They wouldn’t even let me take my backpack to the taxi on our way out.

I stayed for two nights, 25/02/2023 to 27/02/2023. I made a mistake in my booking. Accidentally, I booked 24/02/2023 to 26/02/2023. The hotel were within their right to charge me for 24/02/2023 as well but didn't and made no fuss about my mistake. Location fantastic. About 1km from citadel and 1.3kms from the liveliest part of the city. For a budget hotel, the breakfast was excellent - coffee, toast , jam, butter, omelette, pancake, and rice with vegetables. Coffee refill and toast refill if required. My room was facing a main street, but I heard nothing, so soundproofing must be excellent. Oanh, at reception, was superwoman. She managed to juggle different tasks at one time and was so so efficient and helpful. Mai, who served breakfast on both mornings, had a permanent smile on her face and seemed to love her job. Both Oanh & Mai speak quite good English. There was also a man in his late thirties who fussed over me and sorted out a problem I had with the safe. Lovely man. As with every hotel I have stayed in in Vietnam, it was spotless. Given its location, excellent breakfast, superb staff, and price, this is a great hotel to stay in. I hope to return to Hue next January and will definitely be staying there. I recommend this hotel as a SUPERB choice for the budget traveller.

The owners where super friendly and tryed everything to have a nice experience. Everything is nearby,and they cleaned the room every day.The bookings what i maked worked perfectly.
