I had a wonderful room on the 8th floor with a large balcony overlooking the city. The room was very big & airy & had all the facilities I needed

The beds are softer than most hotels in Vietnam and they had milk not condensed milk for their coffee.

Probably the best hotel we stayed at during our three week in Vietnam! 🇻🇳 The breakfast was great, the rooms and the pool were very clean! Last but not least, the staff was amazing! Once we even had to wake up at 02:30 am to catch the train to Phong Nha-Ke National Park and the receptionist prepared a “breakfast bag” for us, because we would miss the breakfast at the hotel.

Comfortable stay. Located in the central area so expect some traffic noise. Good breakfast spread with local specialties.

Really kind staff. We arrived early and could still chekin and even got a free upgrade. Nice large room. Comfortable bed. Generous breakfast buffet.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room we had (726) was spacious with a nice corner balcony. The beds were very comfortable with nice soft clean linen. The bathroom had a very good shower and fully met our needs. Breakfast was more than adequate with a range of choices including, fruit cereal and hot foods. The central courtyard and pool was very pretty and inviting especially when lit at night. The staff were extremely welcoming, courteous and polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. We also ate dinner in the hotels Spice Viet restaurant and the food was delicious, with a good selection and not overpriced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely pool and the poolside tables for supper. The hotel arranged an airport pickup. The staff were helpful and friendly.
