Staff were lovely when we had an issue with the cot they supplied for our 2 year old Grandson. Came up with a great solution! Ideal situation for restaturants/bars/shops (Right opposite the DMZ Bar), and easy to get to the palace and other sights.

The building is old style. Rooms are very big. Bathroom small. Location perfect. Breakfast is fine, sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.

It’s a former luxury hotel and probably the best place to stay in downtown Hue. It’s well located, the staff is super helpful, the place is absolutely clean (even in the bathroom you could eat from the floor) and the breakfast is delicious (Asian and western options, buffet). I recommend staying here, because from talks with other tourists, there is a lot of scamming going on and you can’t trust any other place. There were a lot of traveling groups, apparently the big companies and Vietnam Airlines trust this place, which confirms my impression of being the safest and best choice. Better book a bigger room with a river view, as it is quieter. It’s nice to run at the river shore, as you can start your run right at the hotel door. I counted back and forth 5km in total, which was enough for me in the Asian climate :) The walking street starts about a 100m from the hotel. It was all really convenient, we had a really good stay for our stop in Hue. The laundry service was perfectly quick and convenient; good job.

Great location on the other side of the river from the Imperial city. Room was large, beds very comfortable and had a good view over the Perfume river. The terrace restaurant had excellent food.

Anh was extremely helpful and inviting. My mother was sick when we arrived she helped me to pharmacy for medicine extremely helpful and super friendly. Rooms where out dated design wise but had so much character and charm. Bathtub in room was well earned suprise for room upgrade. Grand quirky hotel in prime spot.

great location on the river. I had a river view room, great views. great location to get good street food, fantastic Bahn Mi Lady 2 minutes walk away. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was nice, very good choice of food.
