All bookings include complimentary use of hot/cold mineral water Jacuzzi pool on arrival date.
- Guests aged 16 years and above can use the pool for free from 4pm to 6pm with water pump turned on.
- Guests under age 16 can use the pool for free from 7am to 9am without water pump.

Great place to stay a short stroll from old town (5mins). The jacuzzi was a highlight. Staff were helpful, rooms are clean and beds comfy! 30min walk to imperial city and very easy to order scooter or Grab car to get around.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, from booking tours, drivers and spa treatments. The breakfast was varied, comprehensive and covered both Western and Eastern needs. We also appreciated the room service and even the fact that they accommodated us after hours. The location is perfect with just a brief 5-10 minute walk to various cafes and restaurants. Finally, the jacuzzi is an amazing bonus and experience. We used it every night we were there and treated ourselves to a very affordable full-body treatment on the last day of the year. It was such a wonderful experience, that we will now make it our 'go to' hotel when we return to Hue.

We had a wonderful stay, the SPA is definitely the plus of the structure, we had the best massage of our life! Convenient location, clean structure, possibility of luggage storage, room service for dinner at 10:00 pm, we had a great time!

All good but more focus on the local food which is famous in Hue city and more focus on Hygiene.

Absolutely everything was fantastic! My favourite hotel so far in Vietnam and excellent value for money. Loved the Jacuzzi, comfy bed, amazing staff, delicious breakfast, non flooding shower etc etc.
