The staff were exceptional after one of us left their passport in a safe in the previous city. They arranged a car and driver and micromanaged the situation by also making phone calls in the local language. This and a few other interactions highlighted the high level of care from their staff. We've travelled for many years and this was one of our best people experiences.

Comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Thanh at reception, who helped us book a tour and purchase train tickets.
