Lovely small hotel in a beautifully decorated building hidden away in a small alley right next to the citadel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean with a large balcony just around the side. Breakfast was ample and tasty - you could choose between the local specialty beef soup bun bo hue or eggs. This was accompanied by crusty bread rolls, jam, yoghurt and fresh watermelon. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely small hotel in a great location. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the pool was perfect for a dip after walking around the Imperial Citadel. I would definitely recommend.

Very close to the imperial Citadel, but not so much to the leisure area for restaurants and bars, so keep that in mind. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they even took care of the laundry for us for a fair price. The room was big, confortable and clean, and with a nice balcony toy the street. The bed were incredibly comfortable.

Everything was great. We had an issue with the door and after talking with the staff they accommodated us. Changed our room and fixed the issue that same day. Very great staff and hotel. Pool was very good 24 hour staff reception.

Lovely and very charming place. The hotel is newely renovated and extremely clean. The staff is nice and always available to help and support. Possibly the best hotel I have been so far here in Vietnam. Absolutely recommended, I would have stayed longer

The location was great, walking distance to the Imperial City, a few coffee shops and the small pool was a bonus for cooling off. We had three rooms and in two, all of good but one (bottom floor) was noisy and it smelled a bit of mould.

The hotel is super new, beautiful and clean. It’s less than 5 min walk from the Citadel and about 30 min walk from the new city area. The swimming is very nice and you can use to relax! The staff (Ryder in particular) is nice, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast isn’t a buffet, but is quite pretty.

Really comfortable bed and a beautiful room. The pool is small but very pretty and the rooftop bar area had lovely views 😍
