Very comfortable and clean. Ask for a room at the back as the Halifax Road is quite noisy and they don't have air conditioning so you need to open the window.

We found it perfect for our needs and can highly recommend the hotel and its staff. The welcome was appreciated and professional. The room was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. The breakfast the following morning was delicious and the service very good. W e look forward to a return visit and will recommend to our family and friends.

Noise around until midnight, people talking, banging doors. Was awoken just after 6 am. with a metal trolly being dragged repeatedly outside the window, and it was the food delivery truck. The place looks great, staff helpful and friendly, but after a 4 hour journey I just wanted to relax then sleep. It's not an ideal hotel for that, especially being awoken early, too.

The full English breakfast was very good and the staff were all very polite and nice. There was plenty of parking and although there wax some roan noise from the road the hotel is situated on the room was more than adequate.
