The property was very clean and well kept. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was very clean and comfortable.

Beautifully appointed. Amazing how they have taken an essentially ruined building and turned it into something so beautiful. Bathroom especially was stunning and great to have a second toilet on ground floor. And fresh milk in fridge. Also very easy parking.

We liked the location and the set up of the house. The upstairs is both functional and comfortable. The downstairs is given over to the bedroom and bathroom and is very well appointed. The bed is very comfortable. The house is close to local shops and is well situated for walking etc.

Chosen for its location as we have family who live nearby. The off street parking was definitely a bonus. We liked the finishing touch around the place, especially in the en suite. Very well looked after and maintained.

The bathroom was exceptional with separate bath and shower, automatic lights and immediate warm water. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed comfortable. The walk up to the viaduct and old bridge was fascinating and I also appreciated having a choice of cafes, an excellent baker and mini-supermarket within five minutes walking.

This is an absolute hidden gem! I am reluctant to write how wonderful this property is, in case it gets so booked up I will not be able to return soon! Personal touches throughout with everything needed to make this the perfect place to stay. I can't recommend Heaps House enough.....and the comfiest bed ever, with the amazing bathroom! This was a short two night break for complete 'time out', rest and relaxation....and Heaps House delivered in full! Thankyou for giving time to make the best memories...x

Fabulous cottage, very comfortable, great bathroom with excellent shower, lovely and quiet. Absolutely couldn't fault anything.
