The location of the place close to the center is strategically good. The vibe in the common areas is generally quite good, from what i can tell from my short stay

Aldo is very friendly and helpful with organizing tours and giving recommendations. There is a nice roof terrace which is a great place to meet other backpackers. The hot showers are a big plus.

great location, roof terrace, bar and kitchen are great to meet others or just chill. the owner Aldo is super helpful and will assist in any details especially hiking and treks

Friendly staff that helps you with all the tours and treks. You can also book the tours with them. The hostel offers nice breakfast and the kitchen area is well-equipped and cleaned regularly. As it’s the only spot to sit down and relax it’s easy to socialise. Also they have a nice view over the town.
