The epitomy of a hotel is when the stay feels like you never left home. At Mild Spring, we felt like we were family. The boss and his staff were warm-hearted and genuinely kind human beings. They helped us with transport, itinerary, food recommendations and saved us so much time and stress. Bless these beautiful people, we hope to be back soon!

The hosts were lovely and really helpful with anything we needed. The space is beautifully furnished and there is an added bonus of 3 resident cats for company! Great location - it was the perfect rest for us after hiking up Huangshan.

Mild Spring Boutique Hotel was a wonderful stay that exudes warmth from the intricately designed interior of the main hall to the clean and comfortable rooms which were designed and decorated by the owners themselves. Without a doubt, the hospitality from the owners was what truly sets this place apart. Jaysen and his wife made the entire stay a kin to staying at a home away from home but in the company of great friends! Highly recommend this place if you want to explore the nearby ancient villages (Hongcun and Xidi) that were both UNESCO World sites. Moreover, the accommodation is also located near to Tunxi Old Street with plenty of food options.

Customer service by the owner, wife and staff is way beyond expectation. The breakfast was super and cook by the owner wife, delicious. The owner arrangement for us to visit our scenic was spot on. Where can you meet such a super friendly owner of a hotel.

We feel like a fairytale home with my family in it. Jayson, wife, MeiMei and chef were like our family for the 3 days that we stayed. It was cozy and relaxing. There is a fireplace where Jayson sat and chit chatted with us each time we return from our trips. I enjoyed watching his demeanor as he spoke. He also uploaded some photos on wechat of us while we were at his premises. We also missed the 3 lovely cats Justy, Chen chen and XiaoBai as we also have our cats.

Great location in the Old Town, some very pretty places nearby. We loved walking along the cobbled streets among the bridges, streams and historical buildings. The host and his wife are very lovely, genuine people. They gave us plenty of suggestions of what to see in the National Park which was really helpful. They also serve Huangshan Tea in the hotel too which was delicious. We loved the beautiful traditional Chinese decorations of the hotel too. Fantastic value for money.
