I recently stayed at hiyeshotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive throughout my stay. The hotel’s common areas, as well as my room, were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident, from the pristine floors to the well-maintained bathroom. It was truly a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a clean, well-kept environment with excellent service.

The breakfast was very good but not excellent. There were many options. However, the quality was for group travelers. Many options also were for dinner. Unfortunately, it was too late (starting from 7:00 p.m.) for us. The room was big and comfortable with necessary facilities. And the bigger than queen-sized bed was very nice. I would add one positive image from their service. Since I checked my credit card payment through the bank account and found the payment was not done. I called the hotel and requested their confirmation about my payment. A lady from their service office or accounting department called me back with much help.

Room was very nice and spacious with a comfy bed. Basement parking was very convenient. Also, each room having it's own WiFi access point and being able to cast video to the tv in the room from a smartphone is a very underrated and rare feature in hotels, it was a nice surprise!

It's close to the station. The room is spacious. There is free supper and breakfast. The lobby is spacious with a mini bar. The staff is friendly but don't really speak English.

Located close to train station. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Friendly staff. Free snacks and drinks in the lobby and dinner was included in the price.

The hotel was clean throughout. The staff were very friendly. The room was very good with a good bathroom. There was enough space for our clothes. The restaurant was good. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Again the staff were great, the food good and a good price. We didn't eat anywhere else. We would definitely use the hotel again.

The breakfast and dinner were very good, some dishes were refined (the fish with the taiwanese plum was terrific). Even the dumplings, prepared in front of you, were so tasty.

I would say it was a nice location because the area is quiet and peaceful. 7-ELEVEN beside the hotel which is super convenience for traveler. The room was quiet. Their breakfast was formidable! They served both Taiwanese congee, tea eggs as well as western food such as French fries and scrambled eggs. Comfortable and functional hotel with very helpful staff. Absolutely everything is at a prominent level. On one of the days parking was needed - no problem and it was provided free of charge.
