Nice lady at reception, very talkative and helpful. She helps you organise what you intend to do in Hualien. Great rooms, comfortable beds and A/C. Shower and toilet in the room is a plus. It's more helpful. It's clean and big. Close to the train/bus station (10 min walking) and to everything to visit in Hualien. Free water, coffee and tea all day.

Location is good, 8 minutes walk to train station, many choices of eateries within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and helpful, common area also quite relax and comfortable.
