Very helpful staff. Our baggage was delayed (our fault) The hotel staff arranged for a taxi driver to pick it up; and bring it to the hotel. They also arranged a taxi for our return trip to Bangkok

The No 1 attribute of the plaza Hua HIN is its location! You could not get a more central position. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a great little lounge area for you to relax, the staff are also a big plus, friendly, helpful and just nice people. I would definitely stay at the Plaza Hua Hin again.

Nice hotel in the middle of a great area with restaurants, bars, beach and close near the night market. The staff was so friendly and they do the best in all. The rooms are very simple but if you only come there for to sleep then it's perfect, Most important is that the hotel is very clean

Great location in the oldest part of town amongst the old fishing piers which are now restaurants. Near the beach and nightlife. The property was spick and span and the staff friendly and welcoming. I booked a small fan room with en-suite toilet and shower, basic but that suited me. Wi-Fi was free. Rooms cleaned every 3 days, water was provided daily. Can store luggage there if travelling later in the day. All in all very good value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
