Clean room and bathroom, fridge, aircon, balcony. Kindly host who waited for me to show up and hauled my luggage to the 2nd floor. Great location, lots of bars nearby - but no noise in the room facing away from the main street!

Quirky little stay, loved the location and the style of the whole place. Perfect position on Soi 94 but pretty quiet. Loved the coffee and cake in the reception and the cool feel of the whole place.

Well maintained and clean guesthouse on Soi94, very nice big rooms with balcony. Very friendly owner, coffee and bickies free downstairs in the morning. I would stay here again.

Well run resort. Next to the nightlife of soi 94. Pleasant rooms and bathroom. Decent bed and bedding. Good value.

Fantastic friendly owner, who is also an incredible cook and runs a restaurant on sight. We loved the chilled out atmosphere. The rooms are like a boutique hotel, very comfortable and clean but yet also quiet and relaxing. The outside areas, both our balcony and the downstairs communal areas, were nice places to sit and watch the world go by. The fridge in the room was a really nice touch too, as well as the free tea and coffee downstairs.

Location was perfect: vivid street just 500m away from the beach. The hotel itself is quite new (1 year old) and stylish. The price was affordable for those commodities. And the host was so nice!

Everything! 10/10. The owner helps with everything and is really friendly. Absolutely try his special „Green curry“ recipe, it‘s out of this world.
