Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. A third party payment will not be accepted. Great location. Had a newly refurbished junior suite on the 4th floor. It was beautifully presented and modern. Pool, gym & breakfast was great. There was some renovation being completed, but I did not hear any noise in the room or at the pool. Ask for a new room at check-in. makes for a nice stay.

We only used the pool towards the end of the stay but found it a very relaxing environment. Breakfast were good but i did find the coffee very strong, having more coffee options would have been better. The room we initially had did have some hot water issues and the staff were kind enough after 2 days to upgrade us to one of the suits which was fabulous.

our 4th time at this hotel and it never disappoints. Great location to walk along beach and on the opposite side great street for restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast . Very friendly staff. Great pool and poolside food. The Lotus restaurant on the rooftop was lovely. Great food and nice bar area to sit after dinner taking in the lovely view.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Thanks to the entire staff who make sure you feel comfortable every day: the lovely breakfast team in the morning, the porters, the reception staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, fitness staff. Really, every staff member is so lovely, friendly and helpful. This made us stay 16 days in total (2 times 8 days). Breakfast is delicious, the gym is super well maintained and well equiped. Rooms are spacious, clean, beds are soooo comfortable! Pool area is great and spacious. In short, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!
