The fine print
The hotel requires prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.The room rates are inclusive of daily cleaning service, towel changes twice per week, bed change once per week, garden and pool maintenance, water and gas supplies.Please note that the electricity fee will not be charged for the first 75 units each day. The rest will be charged for THB 8 per unit used.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Positives: Housekeeper Mam was an absolute gem, she looked after us and made sure we were always comfortable and well cared for. She is truly an asset to the villa. The location was perfect for us, extremely quiet and relaxed, and the lake outlook was more beautiful than we expected. This villa is one of the only plots finished on that side of the lake, and the others are empty or abandoned, so there was not a lot of construction noise and it felt very private. Overall, we had a really great time at the villa.
