The fine print
Please note the operation hours of the club and public facilities:
- Fitness centre and sauna open from 07:00 to 22:00
- Kid's playground, computer room, swimming pool, SPA, kid's pool open from 08:30 to 22:00
- Club closes from 12:00 to 14:00
- Club and kid's playground close for maintenance on first Wednesday every month. In case of consecutive holidays, it will be postponed for next week; The area is temporarily closed during the maintenance period, please refer to the announcement on the official website , and the rest of the facilities are in normal use.While using the spa, children must be accompanied by an adult of the same gender and are not allowed to use the jet showers and floating equipment.Children under 95 cm are not allowed to use sauna. Children between 95 cm to 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex.Please note that double rooms and family rooms/quadruple rooms are located in different buildings.Different charges incur for children with different height when using existing beds. Breakfast was the best - lots of local specialties on offer and everything tasted superb. Also loved the indoor play areas within the hotel grounds - 1 for older kids and another for infants and toddlers - as well as the heated indoor pool. Rooms were huge!

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are wonderful for kids, and also great for parents. We loved the spa area, play area, cozy beds, and friendly environment.

This hotel is in a peaceful and somewhat hilly location away from the city centre. There is a park and several convenience stores within easy walking distance. Rooms are big and clean, and the beds are more comfortable than average.

The room was large and the bathroom was equipped with everything for a toddler. The staff were especially attentive and checked in with me everyday. The play rooms were so great for my son- he loved it!

The facilities & room were amazing. We were in a family room, it was spacious for my family of four. My kids 8&10 had room to play and it was extremely safe for them to independently roam around and play in the hotel facilities. The price is also extremely fair and I really enjoyed our stay.

It was our family's second visit to this hotel. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the amusement facilities and swimming pool. Personally, I found the breakfast delightful. If you have young kids, this is definitely a wonderful place to visit.
