The room was quite small but very clean. Shower was good. Breakfast opened late at 8am and I missed it as had to leave for work. The room was a little noisy as it was on a main road but this quietened down later on in the night. Easy walk to Hounslow West (piccadilly line) tube station and 10-15 min trip to Heathrow terminals. Very convenient.

Easy to find; 5 mins drive from junction 3 of the M4, ample free parking, 2 mins walk from Hounslow West tube station (20-25 mins into Central London), and 10 mins walk to Hounslow High St in the other direction. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance too. Lovely, helpful staff; nothing was too much trouble. Cooked breakfast was excellent, and our stay was brilliant value for money. The road outside is busy, but I had ear plugs, so there was no issue there for me. Strange to have the sink and vanity mirror outside the very tiny bathroom, but we made it work. Our room was clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed.

Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Location was ideal to travel into central London with free parking on site and a short walk to tube and bus stops. Although on the flight path and close to the road it wasn't noisy enough to disturb.
