Literally my favourite hotel in the whole of London. The staff are all outstanding from the reception team to the housekeepers, the night staff and the entire management ... this is an exceptionally well run hotel with a genuine heart and soul. The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped, nicely sound proofed and with excellent views especially the corner room with double aspect. Every interaction with the staff is an absolute delight and their attention to detail and customer service is exemplary. Parking facilities are first class and the spa is the next level of luxury. Sensationally well equipped, the staff running the spa are equally delightful and the facilities are worthy of five stars. The pool is enormous and beautifully landscaped with exquisite tiling and mood lighting, the jacuzzi can fit 10 comfortably and is a veritable social hub. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly and the sauna and steam room are excellent for true relaxation. Facilities are kept clean and up to date at all time with cold water drinking fountains and every level of the experience is worthy of a top class spa hotel. Beyond recommended, outstanding in every way. I've now become a regular staying for entire weeks at a time and look forward to returning again and again. A***

Staff were friendly and welcoming. I left my coat behind and housekeeping found it very quickly for me. Room was not uncomfortable. Great water pressure in bathroom.

For the money I paid it was good. The swimming pool was very clean very nice also the sauna and steam bath though The sauna and steam bath need a little upgrading.

The manager was very nice. He gave us a complimentary late check out because the day we checked in, the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were closed. We stressed that we only booked to use these facilities and so we were able to check out at 12.30 next day to use them. He also gave us free bottles of water. I stayed here before back in 2012 when it was newer, now it is dated and worn out. You can see the wear and tear in the rooms and our toilet smelt like sewers so we had to keep the lid down and bathroom door closed at all times. The rooms are huge and clean. The bathrooms had a makeover because our one looked good. The facilities are okay but they do get crowded by locals so go down to the sauna etc from 8am when it opens or you will have to sit there with 6 other people. The changing room and showers had little flies in there not sure what they were. The location is excellent, 4 minutes walk from train station and within the town centre so you can buy meals and snacks. Overall, the price is good for the extra facilities but I won't return.

How clean the room and building was, when the radiator was not working they were quick to bring a replacement heater . Excellent service!!

The room was a good size. The spa facilities were of a standard quality. Staff were friendly, and willing to help at all times. Hotel is in a good location and not a far walk from the local train station which has good links to the whole of London. On site parking

It was way better than I expected or imagined. Room and room service was up to par. The leisure facilities were soo gweddd, I really enjoyed myself here and I will definitely visit again in the future. The massage, the pool, the receptionist, the sauna, the jacuzzi, they were all splendid. Communication was great too. Room had a sweet scent.

We really enjoyed our stay, the receptionists went above and beyond for us and tried their best to give us a great stay. It was really nice. I liked the sauna/steam room and pool, although it’s not the Hotel’s, it was really good.
