The location is very good for a short stay, close to the airport and with good connections to the center of London. Nice, comfortable room, good value for money. Monica from the reception is the best, always very nice, helpful, smiling and quick.

We like the hotel location and few of staff especially Monica from guest service was awesome, she has helped us to pick the right room and bed. Dinner was excellent . No bell boy or home service staff for any need.

The staff was really helpful, letting me know what was happening in the area, places to go .Monika on the front desk was so helpful, I was impressed with here attitude, her helpfulness, she just went that extra mile to make our stay a happy one . I would definitely stay there again now 👍

I’ve stayed here 5-6 times over the course of the last few weeks. I’ve been working locally and sometimes working late so it’s not always been easy to get back to the far side of London. It’s a well maintained hotel, for what is a very reasonable price. The first time I stayed I had my initial doubts, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and helpfulness of the staff. On this occasion I was checked in by Rohit, who was polite and friendly and clear.
