Very good hotel and facilities, breakfast was good, location was good, huge premise with 250 rooms. Housekeeping staff very helpful. Quick laundry service, very reasonable rates. Hot water 24x7.

Very basic breakfast spread, refilling takes time. Dinner menu is huge but only half the menu is available for order. Staff is good. Chef needs improvement as the dishes served during dinner never matched the actual authentic dish. However the Indian breads served was good and fresh. New rooms are very good, has most of the amenities. Few furniture guards can prevent accidents specially the corners and sharp edges of shelves. There is a paan shop, which served amazing paan.

The property was clean, and the beds comfortable. Due to the dry day a member of staff went to the shops to buy us some beers which we had to have in our room, this member of staff went above and beyond with this and resolved our complaint about being forced to have a dry day

Standard room was good, suit room was okay and there was construction and repair work which disturbed in the morning . Breakfast was the highlight. Buffet was really good .
