Apartment was great - everything we needed and walking distance to groceries and eating out. Only issue was apparently an issue with my payment on booking.com end, so the Residences People were chasing me for payment - yet I had multiple documents to show I paid for my stay 2 months ago. Was a real dampener on our family trip

Fantastically positioned for all the theme parks, perfect for a Granny that needs to keep all the mokopuna happy, without that "ARE WE THERE YET?!?!?" long drive. And after hours check in was made super easy Thank you Chendi and all the Team at The Peninsula

The traffic noise was terrible. The unit backed onto a busy road. There was one plastic fork in the drawer for us to share 😫 Overall still pleasant.

The location is great, the unit was modern with very dated and worn out lounge, dining table had contact on top and was peeling , cutlery was dirty only 1 coffee cup everything that we used had to be washed. The shower was all dirty. The towels were clean, and the bed sheets. Bed was comfortable. Would prefer to have paid more update furniture and clean utensils

Upgraded to a townhouse as units cannot accommodate big van. Lots of instructions and maps to get keys and then drive to another complex. Gated community. Fob didnt work, security had to be called. put in address in google maps, takes you to a dead end street. In the poring rain at 8pm we had to drive around, get out car using flashlight to find letterbox photo they gave us. Ldv80 Van just fit but unit was spacious and water hot. Bed comfy.
