Staff brilliant- had a mix up with booking which resulted in an upset toddler without a bed at 9pm. Despite it not being the hotels fault, they went out of their way to put it right and even upgraded us which was very kind. Lady running the bar who served our drinks and dinner was lovely and great with our toddler.

The drive up to Tylney Hall was special, the grounds are stunning with fish in the lake, we used the swimming pool both days which was relaxing. Our room was spotlesdley clean and had lovely coffee machine, robe and slippers, most comfortable bed and TV. We did not eat dinner but had breakfast which was delicious, cooked and continental. Will be back again

The room was exceptional, clean and spacious, lovely setting, nice staff, pool and spa, nice food and drink selection, quiet and quaint

The room was lovely, slightly dated but as it was one of the main house rooms that felt ok given how large it was and the period features. The bathroom could do with a little TLC. The Dinner was delicious but the staff at dinner seemed a bit disorganised, ordered things that never arrived and saw someones dinner get dropped on the floor. Breakfast was excellent and the staff working that shift particularly helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed a nice stroll in the morning.

The staff and food were excellent as were the lounge areas. We felt totally relaxed and really liked the Jacuzzi bath and the lovely gardens.

The bar area and restaurant were lovely, the food was wonderful. The location and grounds made the stay, the grounds are stunning with beautiful walks, you dont need to venture any further!!!
