Neatness and the staff where friendly, but I have only one problem with the hotel which they need to think about, look into and taken into consideration, this hotel needs a airport shuttle which is very very important to it and will add more credit to hotel personally i think it's needed even if it's on hourly basis that it is running but let it be there, we the customers are more than happy to pay for the services just let it be there for us going and coming from the airport. I paid €20 from hoofdorp train station with taxi going to the hotel and €45 taxi early morning going to the airport which comes to €65 for local taxi because am struggling with my Uber app so i hv to use the local taxi and it was very expensive So we will be more than happy to pay some reasonable amount to keep the airport shuttle in business just to ferry us to and from the airport thank you. Put this into consideration once again thank you.

The staff are very caring and provide free coffee and tea. The receptionist are all the same in that they bring our food to our room after being delivered.

the room is very beautiful, comfortable, very clean. the staff was polite, explained what was best and how to get to the city (we wanted to take a bike, but your employee said that we would get very tired). We are satisfied!
