The location is good, it's a 10 minute walk to the beach, target a block away. If you arrive prior to the 3pm check in you can either pay (a lot) for early check in or the hotel will store your bags for free. If you have a late flight you can also store your bags once you've checked out. There was live music by the pool one evening which was really nice. The hotel has a very "vibey" feel and nice decor and an overall nice feeling to it. I didn't use the pool but the pool looked nice and there is loungers by the pool and tables, etc. the pool bar has normal seating and also swing seating. The employees I encountered were all very nice and helpful.

Able to get a super early check in and baggage storage on check out. Really good price and handy walking distance to everything. Ticks 99% of our travel boxes.

Location - very convenient to get buses, lots of eateries around the hotel, the International Market (a small but nice shopping centre) is just across the road. Not a large complex like the other hotel resorts. This means not as many families and kids. Personally I like it not so noisy and chaotic. In room mini kitchen facilities is great. There is a microwave, a small fridge and an electric kettle. The kettle is better than those fancy coffee machines. It lets you make tea as well as coffee as long as you have a jug of hot water.

The pool and jacuzzi. Free slushies were refreshing and free coffee was a bonus. It also wasn’t busy which was nice.
