If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, renter is responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at renter’s expense.PLEASE NOTE: All fees such as check-out cleaning, service charge, and taxes are already included in the total price. The property provides departure cleaning service only. There is no daily maid service. The condo is equipped with cleaning equipment. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
