Breakfast was a great deal and a pleasant way to start the day. Staff work hard to make sure thier food is good and the service is friendly. Pleasant staff all around the hotel.

Customer service from the front desk receptionist was so helpful, we managed to extend our accommodation. The security was lovely to talk to and very helpful. The cleaners were lovely and accommodating. Loved the breakfast 😋 staff are friendly and inviting. Facilities for the laundromat exceptional, ice machine was a bonus especially with the hot weather conditions. The pool area very tidy and clean, the pool towels are extremely useful.

The hotel was great - clean, big room, with a fantastic location right in the city center. It’s close to Ala Moana Center and other shops, which is perfect for bigger shopping trips and picking up souvenirs. There are also buses nearby that go to popular tourist attractions. I also really appreciated the $5 breakfast coupons for the restaurant next door, which was a nice touch.

Even though we arrived in the hotel earlier the woman in the reception let us check in earlier. It was really helpful as we have been exhausted when we arrived. This woman on the reception also kindly let us stay in the reception and their pool until we need to leave for our evening flight next day. She was really nice. As the hotel is located in the cheaper area, we could eat and buy stuffs cheaper than more touristic area like Waikiki.

Great price for tye location. The breakfast was $5 and it was definitely worth it. The rooms are big and the staff is lovely. Quick access to every bus in the city.

Pagoda Hotel is close everywhere I want to visit while in Honolulu ..all in walking distance...and now with breakfast adding cream to the cake....thank you all for your service ❤️

Comfortable enough and decent value for money. Not somewhere to hang out, but perfect for a place to just lay your head when you’ve had a long day.
