We booked for the location and were super satisfied! The hotel is surrounded by a giant public park and there is a small beach right next to it, shared by a few hotels. You are also not too far from the bustling Waikiki, only a 15-minute walk. And there is plenty of street parking all around, since you want to rent a car.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and good - anything you expect was there. Beach towels, seats, and umbrellas for free.

Walking into the lobby from the hubbub of Waikīkī was like a breath of fresh air. Its quiet and staff are lovely, and there is a small beach just beyond the hotel if you like a more private beach experience. I ended up getting very sick and the hotel staff were fabulously helpful.

The hotel was down the quiet end of town, which meant it was more peaceful. The balcony was fantastic too.
