Location was perfect to walk everywhere and anywhere. The entire staff was exceptional. Genuinely a happy group and very much interested in making sure you are also happy. Perfect environment - felt very safe!

The staff at this hotel are AMAZING, especially Vince. He truly made our stay memorable, and even ensured my husband had a little gift waiting for him on his birthday! The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant; everyone was incredibly helpful! The amenities at this hotel were also great - you could borrow beach mats and umbrellas (but you have to check them out early), get coffee in the morning and buy delicious drinks at the pool. We especially liked the sauna. The location of the hotel was also pretty good - it was right on the edge of the hustle and bustle of town, so you aren't stuck in the main mess of Waikiki. It took us maybe 10 minutes to walk to a beach access point along Kalakaua, which was great for us. There are lots of restaurants and shops in both directions, including a cool food truck area with lots of food options if you venture in the opposite direction from the main strip. There is also an ABC Store right next to the hotel. p.s. if you need to buy beach towels, go to ROSS - way better deal but the hotel has the second best deal at $12.

A great property with very friendly staff. It is a little way away from the main beach but still has good access to everything that you need. The pool and sauna are excellent and access to the monkey pod for snacks and drinks was a great addition.

Couldn’t say enough good about this hotel! Not only isn’t location perfect, close to major shopping, the beach, all within walking distance but also the staff is so helpful and accommodating; everyone from the people working the checkin counter to the hotel cleaning staff and the valet parking attendants, everyone is so friendly making this the perfect experience
