Loved the location. So grateful for the kind upgrade to an ocean view room at check-in. Couldn't get closer to the beach or shopping.

Location was perfect, paradise at your doorstep, beautiful beaches and swaying palm trees. Close to everything, so many restaurants and great shopping. All staff helped us with any issues we had very quickly.

The location is second to none, right on the beach front and very close to all the main shopping areas of Waikiki, beautiful views of the park. The drain in the bathroom shower was blocked and was looked at very promptly.

Full kitchen, dryer and washer, they give you what you need throughout the stay I.e detergent, toilet paper etc. Wifi really good, just doesn’t reach the beach side. Decently priced compared to other apartments. They give you complete privacy throughout your stay, no /sudden house keeping/walk throughs etc Next door to the us army museum.

Location was great. Unfortunalely there was no pool attached to Waikiki Shores. Ft DeRussy Beach was good. Shops, restaurants and Ala Moana Shopping centre were great. The Cheesecake Shop was so yummy. Oahu Waikele Shopping was great Complete Pearl Harbour Experience was amazing and very informative by our tour guide. Circle Island Tour was fantastic and again our tour guide was very good. (Turk) Polynesia Tour & Live Cultural Performances were amazing. Buffet dinner was great as well.

The hotel is in a great location. The apartment was a great size and the view is breathtaking. We loved sitting on the balcony, soaking in the view. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped and while we didn't cook, there was certainly enough equipment to do so. The apartment really was lovely.

Basic rooms but had everything we needed. The location was great, good view from the balcony and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The bed was big and comfortable and being able to cook some of our meals meant we could save a bit by not having to eat out all the time.
