Upon arrival at Chung King Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception desk at Flat A-1, Block A, Floor 3 and ignore the salespeople around the hostel. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostel's policy.===
Please provide your estimated time of check-in during time of booking. This is to help facilitate a faster check-in process.===Guests who are checking in from 14:00 - 18:00 will need to pre-pay 20% of the room charge.
Guests who are booking more than 1 room will need to pre-pay the first night's charge and 10% of the remaining charge.This pre-payment is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 3 days before arrival. The hotel will contact guests directly with payment instructions.===
