Guests must present the credit card used for booking upon check-in for verification purposes.Please note that all cancellations, modifications and no-show charges are subject to a 10% service charge.Please note that special traffic arrangement and road closure are expected from 17:00 until further notice in the hotel nearby Tsim Sha Tsui area for special festive dates including Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year Eve (31 December) and Chinese New Year (29 January 2025, 30 January 2025).Kindly note that hotel deposit at HK$1,000 daily and maximum HK$3,000 per week is required at check in.Hotel will get the authorization code by given credit card 7 days prior to arrival in order to secure the room, room will be released without notification if credit card invalid.Please take note that due to annual inspection of electric grid on 5 Feb, 2024 between 9am and 6pm, the supply of electricity in guest rooms will be suspended affecting lighting, electric sockets, TV and air conditioning, while internet connectivity will remain available with portable Wi-Fi Buddy.

The bell boy is exceptionally good. The moment my driver drops my luggage off, one of your staff members picks it up immediately and helps me carry it all the way to my room while I check in. That is impressive! The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. They also give me water, knowing I have my family with me. I love the service.

Very nice room with comfortable big bed and enough space. Nice concept the double shower/bathtub room. Nice breakfast with quite big variety both in Western style food and in Asian food.

Front-desk reception for check-in was very professional and friendly; check-in was smooth. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a neatly laid out arrangement, pretty much as per the pictures on the website. The mattress was nice and firm, sheets were crispy and pillows were superb. The mobile wifi hotspot gadget is great to have on walkabout outside the hotel. I did use the concierge service for printing and scanning of documents and they were a pleasure to deal with. The highlight for me was the housekeeping which was better than any hotel I have ever stayed in; the most diligent, thorough and proper job done very efficiently every day. They kept my room immaculate. I also used the laundry service which went like clockwork. I used the gym which was great as it has everything from free-weights to machines to cardio equipment plus a lap pool.

Great location in TST with a Japanese supermarket down stairs/lift. Room eventually excellent Easy for transport anywhere in Hong Kong. MTR, buses, taxi etc. Near to Kowloon station, high speed train from Airport.

The indoor pool area was simply mega: A pool in which you can really swim, but also a big hot water pool, whirlpool and sauna, all beautifully designed, well maintained and even a fruit bar!
