I have stayed at the Kimberley hotel many times in the past but found this time the hotel was looking very tired carpet needs replacing and the lifts were very slow

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of a bustling district with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. The concierge and overall atmosphere were excellent, adding to a great stay. While the rooms were very simple, they were comfortable and had everything we needed!

V convenient location. Few min to MTR. Many entries and malls. Newly refurbished. Room is quite big. We are at the top floor.

Things were as described, plus some small other amenities like a weight machine was provided in the room itself (useful for weighing luggage before a flight). There was construction happening at the lift (our room was situated just outside the elevators) but it wasn't too noisy during the night. Checkout process was efficiently quick.

I like the newly renovated room I stayed. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Love the walk in shower instead of bathtub.
