Although the place is called Hotel but in reality is more like an apartments since there is no proper hotel lobby and hotel’s own restaurants, if you are looking for proper hotel experience then the apartment certainly is not for you. The location is good convenient close to Victoria peak and walking distance to the Victoria Harbour, however there is not much classic elegant restaurant around it , the super market such as the Market place and welcome is a bit far from the apartment, need to walk a good 15 minutes to get to. The facility is tailored as an apartment with coffee machine, hot water machine, microwave, cups, dishes, kitchen knife, cutleries, cooker, fridge,TV Wi-Fi etc good for people who planning to live there for slightly longer terms but for short term hotel experience then I would suggest use good franchised international brands as they have consultant quality standards which will not fail your expectations.

The apartments are absolutely fantastic! Especially under HK standard sizes, the suites are spacious and super well maintained, just everything you touch and use is immaculate. The 24/7 staff is extremely helpful, English speaking and outstanding in caring. I won't stay anywhere else in future but at this serviced apartment Hotel.

The apartments are absolutely fantastic! Especially under HK standard sizes, the suites are spacious and super well maintained, just everything you touch and use is immaculate. The 24/7 staff is extremely helpful, English speaking and outstanding in caring. I won't stay anywhere else in future but at this serviced apartment Hotel.

The location which is so very convenient with lots of interesting streets to explore. We like the fact that the room has a little kitchenette. Also it's very quiet.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well presented. The hotel is well placed, with all major attractions close by. The room was extremely comfortable and beautifully fitted out. We shall be back to this Hotel.

I loved the room! It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette and water dispenser. WiFi was solid and it was perfect for work. Enjoyed the shower a lot. Good set of pillows. Their IT staff was excellent on resolving WiFi issue.

Brilliant location and great base to explore HK - I was only here for one night but we’ve stayed here for longer trips previously and have always found the Jervois to be a perfect home from home. Apartment is a great size and beautifully decorated - feels very luxurious especially compared to other options available in HK at a similar price point. Staff are always helpful and accommodating - I was able to check-in very late at night with no issues

What a lovely hotel. A small nice studio with separate sitting room & kichenette. Very exclusive. Full performance air conditionning; very nice room wiev, friendly staff, several small restaurants around especially almost next door very small Japanese Restaurant made me very happy. Being 33 years frequent traveller to HK; 3-4 times a year, I must say this is one of the nicest hotel I hv ever stayed. Voucher using for breakfast around the hotel selection is also a nice experience
