The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was super nice, and the hotel had an incredible japanese restaurant inside (highly recommended!)

The design of the hotel is lovely , the quality of the room was very high and it was big for HK standards. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

The location was good for a first timer in HK and as a solo traveller. The staff were friendly but didn't go above and beyond. I don't take breakfast but I did have dinner in the upstairs restaurant which was good. The hotel and room was very clean, bed was very comfortable.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in Kowloon. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. Lovely breakfast. Great base for exploring HK and a short work to the star ferry.

The location is good - near many eateries. The staff at Concierge were very warm and friendly. Spoke good Mandarin and basic English. Check-In was smooth.

Great location close to Causeway bay and Wan Chai - all the iconic eating places and not too busy an area. So easy to get around and the hotel feels new and well run. The 2F bar with an outdoor seating area is a must visit - Japanese themed cocktails are very good. The rooms though small are very well designed - the shower is spacious and works great so taking one is so enjoyable.
