Staff was really nice and helpful, rooms very quiet (20th floor). We were travelling with our 2 years old daughter and all went smooth. The suite we booked was just perfect and the crib for her also. The neighbor has everything you need (even two kids playground very close). I will definitely come back there if I come back to HK! Thanks a lot!

The location was relatively near the MTR station and quite near to the ferry terminal but mostly near to a variety of eateries. Also love the common space, the water dispensers with different temperature options, the free flow of drinks at the fridge, the super clean and comfy beds, the friendly staff that spoke good English and were very courteous.

They upgraded our room to a large suite because we were celebrating my partner’s birthday. The room was a great size for HK, even having a private balcony. It was good value for money. The reception area has a lovely little lounge with a terrace and a free bar with tea/coffee and some beers and spirits. The location is fantastic, walking distance of the Macau ferry and Central Station. Perfect location for HK island.

It was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. It is in a good location with many good bars and cafes nearby and central just a 15 minute walk away.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have water machine one every floors which is super handy. I hate buying water every day back to the hotel when I travel. Room size is good, we have premium so it comes with a sofa that's what we need after a long day travel. They have all sort of facility in the room, like water bottle, cutlery...etc Location is perfect, very close to central and there are lots of good restaurants, different cuisines. Good local bakery around as well with nice HK egg tarts. Supermarket and convenient stores are just around the corner. Tube is just within 10-15 mins walk (you need it as you'll eat a lot in HK) Great coffee shop just downstairs! There is happy hour but unfortunately we couldn't join. We did stop by the terrace and in the common area which looks lovely. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy.

The location is great, a lot of eateries in the area and it's close to a Sheung Wan and Sai Ying Pun MTR station.
